The World Is Changing...

The scene of the world is changing…we must change with it. The basic security officer training is no longer enough! Unfortunately this is all your present officers probably have. Even the more experienced just have more years of experience of the same training. The continuing education classes that these officers attend are inadequate. They are just repeating parts of the initial training. There is no real additional training to better hone their skills. In addition the initial firearm training for security officers is only one day of classroom instruction and one day of actual hands on training. Officers are required to qualify only once every two years. We feel this is not enough!
