Onsite Officers:

Officer’s will attend client specific training classes in addition to Texas Protection Services, Inc. continuing education classes.

Officer’s must speak, read and write the English language and have good verbal and written skills.

Officer’s must be clean shaven, hair neatly groomed, uniforms properly fitted, laundered and pressed, no body piercing and good personal hygiene.

Officer’s must sign in/out on a computerized state of the art system that stops time theft and guarantees the officer is on duty at time specified (no more paper sign in/out sheets, you pay only for actual hours worked).

Officer’s have two way radio communications with a 24/7 dispatcher and field supervisor.

We provide a QA Supervisor per client that makes regular inspections to ensure the officer is performing up to client and company protocol.
Patrol Division:

Our patrol division provides support to our onsite officers as well contracted alarm response and contracted patrol inspections of your property.

All units are late model highly visible, professionally marked patrol vehicles.

Patrol units are equipped with a state of the art real time GPS tracking system to monitor our arrival and departure times. No more guessing games, pay only for alarm response and patrol inspections that are performed. In addition upon request Texas Protection Services, Inc will provide a GPS generated report that is client specific.

Our patrol units are equipped with a two-way radio communication system for officer safety and a faster response.
